"The exhibition title, Radical Geometry points to the transgressive and iconoclastic spirit that swept through the visual arts in Uruguay, Argentina, Brazil and Venezuela in the period from the 1930s to the 1970s. Hard-edge abstraction became the language in which uncompromising ideals about nature and the future were expressed". Gabriel Pérez-Barreiro.
